HLCEP Silent Auction

Thank you for visiting our silent auction page!  If you are looking for gift items, especially Hmong related gifts, you are in the right place.  All items make great gifts any time throughout the year for you, your family, friends or co-workers. 

 

Please view each item carefully, bring your checkbook, and come to make your bid at the 2nd Annual Hmong Gala Dinner on Saturday, April 25, 2015.

 

Purpose of Silent Auction

All proceeds go to support the Hmong Language and Culture Enrichment Program (HLCEP), a six-week, M-F, 8 to 4 p.m. for elementary and middle school students. 

 

Bidding instructions

Bid high and bid often by writing your name and bidding amount on the bidding sheet—it will be next to the bidding item.  Please PRINT your name, phone number and email clearly.  There will be a minimum bidding amount.  The bidding increment is $10   

 

Each item will be labeled with a number and title.  Please write down the item number and amount for your record in case you are the winner.

 

Bidding Location

All available bidding items will be located in the Café at the Badger Rock Neighborhood Center, 501 E. Badger Road.

 

Bidding Time

Bidding time begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.  Once it is closed, the bidding sheet will no longer be available.  The last person to make a bid on the bidding sheet will be the winner.  Winners will be announced at the end of the dinner on April 25, 2015.

 

Payment Method

We accept cash or checks.  Please make checks payable to the Center for Resilient Cities with HLCEP on the memo line.
